Thai Vietjet Flights Airport Check In

If passengers want to check baggage or need to issue boarding pass, they must be at counter at last 50 minutes before departure time and the boarding counter closes 40 minutes before departure time.

Passengers with boarding pass should be present at the boarding gate 30 minutes before the departure time; the boarding gate closes 10 minutes before the departure time.

Closing time for airport check in counter:

Domestic Thai Vietjet fights: 40 minutes before the departure time.

International Thai Vietjet flights: 50 minutes before the departure time

Cabin baggage -The cabin baggage weight must not exceed 7kg and dimensions should not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.

Checked baggage -The checked baggage weight must not exceed 32kg and dimensions should not exceed 119cm × 119cm × 81cm.
