NOVOAIR online check in is not available currently however customers can do online flight ticket booking and seat selection.

NOVOAIR Airport Check In

Passengers with confirmed NOVOAIR booking should be at the airport counter at least 3 hours before scheduled flight departure time. Details on the check in can be found on the ticket.

NOVOAIR Baggage Allowance

• The checked baggage allowance for adults is 20 kg per person and should not exceed 2 pieces per person with maximum of 40 x 60 x 100 cm (15x24x40 in) dimensions.

• The cabin baggage allowance is 7 kg (15 x 22 x 35 cm) per person and should not exceed 1 piece per person.

• The excess baggage charge is TK 100 per Kg.

• The checked baggage allowance for child is 10 kg per person with 40 x 60 x 100 cm (15x24x40 in) dimensions per a piece.

• The carry-on baggage dimension should not exceed 15 x 22 x 35 cm (6 x8x14 in)

• The excess baggage charge is TK 100 per Kg.

• NOVOAIR flights have light snacks and hot meal on-board for domestic and international flights respectively.
